Packaging

Designed and programmed a high resolution graphics printer interface for the USDATA React II color graphics station in major soft drink manufacturing facility.

Loading System

Designed, developed, fabricated and installed peanut unload system. This system utilizes a G.E. PLC and discrete control interface.

Batch Process Control

Developed, fabricated, and installed process control system for batching, pasteurizing and conveying chilled juice products. Food IndustryThis system utilized T.I. PLCs and color graphics operator interface.

Rail Car Unloading

Designed, programmed and fabricated railcar unload system. This system utilizes an Allen-Bradley PLC and discrete control interface.

Batch Blending Operation

Enhanced and upgraded the conveyor and blending system. This system utilizes Allen-Bradley PLCs, online and off-line blending entry and tracking system, color graphic operator interface and discrete operator interface.

Product Tracking System

Designed, developed and installed a weigh blend and product tracking system. This system automatically tracks product by incoming lot number, pneumatically unloads the railcar, weigh batches, blends by formula, conveys to packaging and reports results. The weigh blend and tracking system utilize multiple Allen-Bradley PLCs, alpha-numeric message centers, load cells, strain gauges, inline weigh scales, color graphic operator interfaces and discrete control stations.<
