Data Acquisition and Control

Designed, programmed and implemented communications drivers for the data acquisition of gas chromatograph data for pipeline operations.

Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition SCADA

Designed, and developed SCADA systems utilizing radio frequency telemetry RTU's communicating to multiple Master Stations. The RTU's are monitoring status, custody transfer flows, and controlling ESD operations. Pipeline IndustryThese RTU's are fully self contained with Solar Powered Generator Systems.

Product Sampler Automation

Designed and developed PLC based automated petroleum sampler control system with graphic user interface.

Product Metering & Custody Transfer

Designed and developed PLC based remote pipeline metering stations which included pump and valve control, product metering, and VSAT communications interface.

Pump Station Automation

Designed, developed and installed terminal pump station and pipeline control for custody transfer of petroleum products. This batch and displacement operation utilizes multiple PLC's configured in a master/slave multi-drop network, color graphic operator stations, and remote modem communications.

Pipeline Automation & Control

Designed and developed PC based supervisory control and data acquisition system for the automation and ESD of a reactor cooling water pipeline. The project included the design and development of the graphical user interface, electro-hydraulic automated valves, design and fabrication of remote terminal units, design and development of solar power systems, radio communications network, data encryption, UL certification, and information management.
