Petroleum Fuel Products Batch/Blending Applications

Designed, developed and implemented fully automatic media burnishing and insertion process, dynamic primary and final folding process and heat sealing process for the 8" and 5.25" floppy disk manufacturing. The implementation of this system resulted in improved quality and a 7 fold increase in production with a 65% reduction in operator interaction. This system utilizes TI PLC's, discrete PID loop controllers, neon-helium lasers, Manufacturing Industrygauging systems, shaft encoder, infrared photo detection, and glycol chiller systems.

Conveying Applications

Designed, developed, fabricated and installed multiple pneumatic conveying control systems. These systems utilize Allen-Bradley PLC's, G.E. PLC's, Modicon PLC's, alpha-numeric operator interfaces, weigh scale systems and color graphic operation interfaces.

Limestone Crusher Motion/Skew Control

Designed and developed PLC based motion control for limestone crusher. System included multiple VFD's, PLC's and data acquisition.

Power Control & Emissions Monitoring

Design and manufacture of Allen-Bradley PLC based control system for retrofit of multiple turbine systems in major automobile manufacturing plant. System Included; emissions monitoring and shaving; production of hot water for plant process functions from the turbine waste heat.
